- Multiple distinct backdrops in a single open-plan space
- Smart lighting for instant mood shifts between setups
- 35 m² rooftop terrace for outdoor content

A content day demands 6 to 8 distinct looks from a single location without losing half the schedule to travel. The penthouse delivers this. The main loft, the kitchen counter, the window wall, the terrace, the lounge corner, and the dining area create six clearly differentiated visual environments within 250 m², each with its own light character, surface texture, and spatial feel.
Smart lighting makes mood shifts take four minutes, not forty. The RGB ceiling array stores scene presets, so you can switch the entire space from warm editorial to cool product to branded colour with a tap. The 35 m² rooftop terrace provides outdoor lifestyle content without leaving the location or booking a permit.
Why this space works for Brand Campaigns
The client viewing position matters on a campaign day. The 85" 4K display serves as a live client monitor, positioned away from the shooting floor so the brand director can review frames without standing behind the photographer. HDMI and USB-C inputs are accessible at multiple points. The 500 Mbit/s Wi-Fi supports tethered shooting, real-time review, and cloud sharing with teams who are not on set.
The kitchen works as a content set in its own right. Counter surfaces, open shelving, and integrated lighting provide a ready-made environment for food, product, and lifestyle content. The kitchen lighting is independently controllable, so you can set a different mood without affecting the main loft floor.
Practical information
Pre-production visits are available by appointment. Your team can walk the space, plan setups, measure surfaces, and brief the on-site coordinator on access and logistics before the shoot day. This is offered at no additional charge for confirmed bookings.
A 10–15 person brand campaign crew works comfortably across the space. The floor plan supports simultaneous activity, with shooting in the main loft while talent prepares in the changing area and the client reviews selects at the 85" screen. Wardrobe rails, steamer access, and makeup stations can be positioned without encroaching on the shooting area.
Most surfaces in the space can be dressed, restyled, or cleared. Furniture is modular and movable. The brick walls, concrete columns, and steel beams are fixed architectural elements, so they form the visual character of the space rather than competing with your art direction. A full surface and layout brief is provided before the shoot day.

The terrace is private and exclusive to your booking. There is no shared access. It is available throughout the hire for photography, video, lifestyle setups, talent breaks, or catering service.
You are welcome to bring your own caterer or use a preferred supplier. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, preparation surfaces, and dishwasher. A catering liaison add-on is available if you would like the on-site team to coordinate delivery and service timing.
Production teams typically achieve 6 to 10 distinct setups in a full day, depending on the complexity of each look. The space offers at least six clearly differentiated shooting environments without any set-build: the main loft, window wall, kitchen, lounge corner, dining area, and rooftop terrace.
A changing area is available within the space, separated from the main shooting floor. It accommodates wardrobe changes, hair and makeup, and personal storage. For larger talent rosters, the kitchen and dining area can serve as an additional holding space.
Multi-day bookings are available and commonly used for brand campaigns with extensive shot lists. Equipment and set dressing can remain in the space overnight. Reduced rates apply to consecutive-day bookings, and details are provided at the quoting stage.
Godox strobes, Bowens-mount softboxes, a vinyl backdrop, Sony camera systems, a Ronin RS4 gimbal, DJI wireless audio, and continuous LED lights are available as add-ons. The Photo & Editorial Pack covers controlled product and portrait work; the Multi-Camera Production Pack covers multi-angle video coverage. All equipment is pre-staged and tested before your team arrives.
