Enquiries and quotations
Availability, pricing, and operational feasibility are confirmed only after review of your brief. Quotations are indicative until the project scope, dates, and inclusions are agreed.
The Designer's Penthouse reserves the right to revise a quotation where the brief, timings, attendance, or technical requirements materially change.
Booking confirmation
A booking is only secured once the agreed commercial terms are accepted in writing and any required deposit has been received.
- Dates are not held indefinitely without written confirmation
- Production add-ons, staffing, catering, and equipment may be subject to separate supplier availability
- Operational details should be finalised before the hire date wherever possible
Use of the venue
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of the space is lawful, safe, and appropriate to the agreed booking. Any extraordinary technical, structural, or compliance requirement must be declared in advance.
The venue may refuse activities that risk damage, excessive disruption, or non-compliance with building or safety requirements.
Changes, cancellations, and liability
Cancellation, postponement, and liability terms may vary according to the scale of the project and are confirmed as part of the booking agreement.
Clients remain responsible for loss or damage arising from their team, suppliers, or attendees, except where caused directly by proven negligence of the venue operator.
